Last Updated: September 2026 — ZiGo Mobility is committed to zero-incident operations.
🪖 Helmet & Protective Gear
A helmet is provided with every scooter at every Smart Hub. Riders must wear helmets at all times during the ride. ZiGo reserves the right to deny service to anyone refusing safety gear.
🪪 Verified Riders Only
All riders must complete Driving Licence (DL) verification via the ZiGo Terminal before their first ride. Unverified users cannot unlock a scooter.
📍 Geo-Bounded Operations
Scooters are to be operated only within the designated Tricity operational zones (Zirakpur & Chandigarh). Rides outside designated zones may be flagged and subject to additional charges.
⚡ Vehicle Safety Standards
All ZiGo scooters undergo pre-ride safety checks including battery level, brake function, and tyre pressure. Vehicles failing inspection are immediately taken off the fleet.
🆘 Emergency & Incident Response
In case of any accident or emergency, riders must call ZiGo support immediately at +91 76968 32969. ZiGo will coordinate roadside assistance and document the incident. Riders must not abandon the vehicle.
⚠️ Rider Responsibility & Liability
Riders are fully responsible for:
- Any traffic violation fines incurred during the ride
- Damage caused by rash or negligent riding
- Parking the vehicle only at designated Smart Hub locations
ZiGo Mobility is not liable for rider negligence, third-party actions, or events outside our operational control. By riding with ZiGo, you agree to these safety terms in full.
